Recht auf Stadt Forum 2019
As part of the Architektursommer 2019, LU'UM contributed with the construction and programming of the temporary pavilion "envilaĝo" at Kraftwerk Bille.
The wooden architecture of "envilaĝo" was developed among others by members of the collective in collaboration with NEW HAMBURG as part of the "SoliPolis Festival 2018" at the Veddel, where ideas and concepts of a "Solidarity City" were discussed.
Under the theme of "Handeln", we spent two weeks exploring the question of alternative forms of trading in urban areas and discussing how the city is negotiated and produced. The events aimed to encourage people to engage with current and past urban environments and create an awareness of experimental forms for participation.
Theater, sound installations, readings and discussions, musical performances and a plant flea market were part of the programm
